इसका कोर्स का विकास यूएनएड्स के सहयोग से किया गया है इसके उद्देश्य हैं-
• एनजीओ कर्मियों को बुनियादी प्रबंधकीय समझ देना।
• प्रबंधन के विभिन्न स्तरों पर अंतिम उपभोक्ताओं के कौशल को बढ़ाने में मदद करना और
